We understand that each individual has specific objectives not only in their fitness goals, but also in the time and budget they wish to dedicate to a fitness plan. That’s why we offer a number of different program options.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Looking for a 1-on-1 training experience? Personal training with Coach Mitchell is carefully designed. He considers not only your goals, but also your ability level, understanding of exercise fundamentals, and your realistic level of commitment. Coach Mitchell will be right there to guide you every step of the way!
GROUP TRAINING
Get lean, toned, fast, and strong with Coach's small group training sessions. Each class has a MAXIMUM of 5 people and features fun and challenging core, upper body, lower body, and full body workouts. Group training is for ALL LEVELS and provides safe and dynamic workouts that will get you in ridiculously good shape.
SPORTS-SPECIFIC TRAINING
Sports-specific training prepares athletes for their sport of choice. Whether a high school football running back wants to improve his speed and agility or a professional basketball player needs to stay in shape and enhance key skills in her off-season, We Build Champions' sports-specific training programs help athletes of all levels meet their goals.
